- JJJackOct 24, 20251.0If I could give negative stars, I would. This Taco Bell had me wait an hour to pick up my DoorDash order. I’m a dasher and don’t make hourly, yet they wasted an hour of my time. Several people tried getting workers attention but were just ignored. There were at least 20 people waiting over an hour for their food. There were plenty of people on the line, but the drive thru worker had to some off his station and do his coworkers job of handing orders out to customers in store. The workers are rude and don’t care about speed. And the establishment doesn’t care either. If they did they would stop mobile orders for the time being. The workers were understaffed and no one was helping anyone. Do better Taco Bell, because this is crazy and I don’t ever want to go into an establishment again if this is how you operate.
