The girl that was working the counter on Saturday, July 20th between 7 and 8 p.m. needs a lot of public relations training and she also needs to learn how to make a neat sandwich. Her Sub sandwich making skills are very sloppy at the very best. She doesn't pay attention to the details of her work and she is definitely not a people person. In my opinion, if you are working with the public you should make each customer feel valued or appreciated. After all, that customer could very easily eat somewhere else. She doesn't pay attention to counting money back correctly. I do eat there on occasion when at the Baptist Hospital but I always dread my experience when I find that she is the employee working there at that time. From here on, I may choose to eat somewhere else, if she is working the counter at that time.
