They won't give you as much as the instructions say. He also wants to prove to me that I'm not a newcomer I think the manager doesn't control this place, that's why the workers work so badly

- SSShaianaSep 9, 20251.0Horrible customer service… At approximately 2:17 AM, I entered the store and was clearly visible as a customer. Instead of acknowledging my presence, the employee on duty turned the lights off and begin walking towards the door everyone looking confused she then announced, “It’s break time.” This is not the first time this has happened with the same worker. When I politely asked how long the break would be, she responded rudely with “30 minutes” and went outside. I waited patiently. After about 10 minutes, she returned inside but did not acknowledge me or any other customers. Instead, she proceeded to make herself a sandwich and then sat down again for an additional 30 minutes or so. After waiting a total of 45 minutes or more without being helped, I left the store without being served. I found this behavior extremely inconsiderate and unprofessional — especially considering I was also on a limited break and received no service at all.
