I called the store, got the manager, and they would not fix the issue. Hung up on me when I tried to explain that they charged me for extra toppings and didn't put them on my sandwich. No stars.

Expectations we're not extremely high being that it's subway but come on... All bread, no meat and I paid extra for twice the meat. Stale churro.

Portions are small but the worst part is, the cookies are hard as a rock/stale each and every single time. My All American sub tasted like Tuna Fish today. The cookies not only were hard as a rock but had a weird taste I cannot even begin to explain. Ended up throwing it away. The best location I have found so far is the one inside the gas station across from Dickey Stephens field. Little bit further from work but they are great, plus they have a drive thru.
