  The girl at the drive thru on today rushed us to the window. Also I get home & this is what I get ?? I got like 10 fries as a chili cheese fry.

  If I could give a ZERO, I would! Awful service, waited over 20 min for a pre done mobile order, no one answered the speaker at drive through, drove around and everyone inside was playing around. They hadn’t made the order. Took another 20 min of sitting at the window & they finally do. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME. Awful staff .

  I went to the Sonic location last night and showed up 20 minutes before closing time. I pulled into a car hop area where you pushed the red button and they told me to go through the drive-thru because they weren't doing that at the time. I went through the drive-thru. Nobody answered the drive-thru box or the window when I went up to the window. I drove around twice and still nobody answered. I contacted corporate and they said they would contact. The manager offered me nothing for my missed mail or anything. I don't recommend going to this location if you can go to any other.

  Worst sonic in the state. Always slow. Did a mobile order today. There were 3 total cars. Not busy. Didn't get one of my items. Told them in the drive thru. Oh we are out of that. Okay why didn't you say anything? They just wanted to take my money for no item. I asked for a refund for the item and am told it's not possible? That's not legal.
