I have given this location chance after chance, and they never get it right. Tonight, I decided to try again because my child asked for it. I politely asked the person taking my order to please make sure it's fresh this time. I got my food, and the 3 corn dogs were indeed fresh, however once again, the burger is cold. Also, I specifically asked for no tomatoes because I'm allergic to them! My burger had 2 big tomatoes on it, soi had to trash it. I believe the tomatoes were added on purpose, and I will be calling Monday to speak with a manager. This is ridiculous.

Ever since the salted caramel toffee drink came out I get it almost everyday so I know how it tastes…. This morning I got the drink it was very weak really tasted like water! Told the employee the issue she said somebody would come out and get my drink and add more syrup(instead of making new drink) no food from outside is suppose to go back in but ok…. The general manager came out and got my drink then proceeds to say we have to charge you I put two pumps of syrup in the cup lmao! I asked for a refund! MAKE THE DRINKS RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! the young lady that normally makes it was not there(slim brown skinned beautiful black woman with the pretty nails) but general manager DO BETTER!
