As the leaders in drive-thru for over 30 years Checkers & Rally’s locations are currently open and ready to serve our guests. We can provide our guests with the additional safety of an enclosed kitchen and limited personal contact – whether you choose to drive up, order ahead online, or have our food delivered. In response to concerns around the Coronavirus we have closed the few dining rooms that exist in the Checkers & Rally’s system and are limiting the number of people on our patio and at our walk-up windows. We are reinforcing our policies, including frequent and proper handwashing, along with the proper utilization and changing of gloves as we continue to serve our guests.

I was asked to pull around, but my food wasn't hot when I got it. Fries were missing. When he brought the bag back out someone thru old fries in the grease and sent me those claiming to be fresh. Disgusting. Don't waste your time. Very disappointed.

Paid for my food and received my drink then asked to pull around and park so my food world be brought out 14 minutes later appears the sandwiches (barely warm) without fries. Fahad is the only reason I didn't ask for a refund. I asked for fresh fries and he offered to replace the drink I finished while waiting. He returns saying my fries just came out. Truth is they were just thrown back in the grease when he went inside to get my fries. They were hot but soaked in hot oil. Fish barely warm clearly was cooked and sat in a bag for at least 5 to 10 minutes before it was brought to me. Appetite ruined from this experience. Will never return to this location .

Hubby hit Rally's @ Geyer Springs on way home from some errands & bought 4 BB's, a LG fry & an order of Onion Fries, which we'd never had but looked forward to trying😋 Burgers were real good & loaded👍Fries are pricey but are the Best👌It would've been the perfect brunch & dinner for 2 @ $23.99 if only there'd been more than 6 little onion fries 😣Cup was more than 1/2 empty, as you can see in photo & they weren't spilled in bottom of bag- darn it! How staff could let a bag out the window like that, when 1 glance could've fixed it, is beyond me🤷🏻♀️ Granted, hubby didn't check bag🙄 So make sure y'all do so you get your #x27;s worth & your gal or guy isn't sorely disappointed when you get home! I want a free order of Onion Fries please & they don't answer the phone when you call the store.
