And at 8:00 a.m. after 2 hours of being opening you're out of everything bagels. So whoever your inventory and purchasing person is they really need to re trained. 2 hrs and your out.. Your employees and your managers need to remember and realize that the customers we're here to make your paychecks without us, you don't have a paycheck. This door needs to be reviewed and looked over. You need new management and nudes staff or everyone needs to be retrained. So I get to the window now and she repeated my order and then she asked me oh is it toasted ?? when I said five times when ordering it that I wanted it toasted. I'll go back to the one on University. They've got their act together over there. This store does not!!
