We werent told when we ordered a ICEE that the machine was defrosted. Our bowling lanes were ready and it was like pullin teeth to cash out. I told them that my lane had been ready literally for 20 mins and they shrugged it off. Finally got a refund for product i couldnt get. The bowlin lanes r nice i love the seating and lights, but the actual flooring for the lanes suck. Needless to say prob wont be back.
