The first Lennys Subs opened in 1998 in a suburb of Memphis, TN, and we have been dedicated to that premise and mission since day one! We offer craft breads baked fresh daily, premium meats sliced to order, and freshly prepared toppings. This all results in truly great sandwiches that our guests crave like our “World Class Philly Cheesesteaks”, the awesome meatball sub, unique grilled sandwiches, and some of the best deli sandwiches you can find anywhere! Wasn’t going to leave a review of my poor interaction after an order was delivered BUT the response from management is laughable. Granted, only the salad dressing was missing from the order but from the initial call, no ownership was taken. “J” whose name was on my order ticket and who answered the phone, had no idea what to do.
Their resolution was for me to come pick it up; reminder, this was a delivery order. (and I did pay extra for additional dressing). OR next time I get 10% off. Hmm let me get this straight. In order for you to refund my $ for something I didn’t receive I have to spend more $ with you for 10% off.
Then I received a survey to take. Ok. I’ll take the survey and leave it at that. Their response: (and I’ve copied it from their text message) FROM LENNYS RESPONSE TO MY SURVEY: You placed a dispatch order, so how can you be certain that the delivery driver didn’t remove any items and that the store didn’t have any additional ranch packet's

YOU SERIOUSLY BLAME A DELIVERY DRIVER FOR STEALING RANCH DRESSING? How about taking some ownership of a messed up order? And can’t be certain THAT YOU DIDN’T INCLUDE IT EITHER. TAKE SOME OWNERSHIP.
And if you don’t want to know the truth, then don’t send out a survey just to feel better.

Best Philly I have had! The bread is soft but has a nice bite and the steak doesn’t have all the gristle other places have and is well seasoned. Added mushrooms last visit and it was so good!

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC! We were exhausted! My son is in the ER at UAMS in Little Rock, AR. We checked into Embassy Suites completely exhausted and starving!!! I took a walk to get some air and saw Lenny’s sub neon sign. I have never heard of this sub shop. We ordered online and walked over just before closing. These two amazing woman you have were working tonight were scrubbing and cleaning, and the store was immaculate! These beautiful ladies stopped what they were doing and immediately and greeted us and made feel welcome. Very unusual today in this busy world.
I don’t know if it was because I was so tired, mentally exhausted, emotionally spent, and very, very hungry? This was the most delicious sub sandwich I have ever put in my mouth! EXACTLY WHAT I WANTED!
