    My first visit to Jimmy John’s will also be my last.went through the drive-thru because I didn’t want to go inside. Unfortunately, the person taking orders was rude from the beginning and acted like doing their job was an inconvenience. Since it was my first time, I asked a simple question at the window before paying ,whether the sandwich came with cheese. Instead of being helpful, the response made it seem like adding cheese was a major hassle. Then to top it off I got home and discovered the bread was stale. For $10.38, I expected something fresh and at least decent quality. Between the poor customer service and stale food, the entire experience was disappointing. First impressions matter, and this one definitely wasn’t a good one

    What happened to freaky fast? Ordered a sandwich an hour ago and I just get notified that an Uber driver is picking it up. If I knew it was going to be over an hour I would have done something else.

    I went to the drive thru at 10:13 and there was no greeting, can i take your order? Nothing. So I went inside and there were two workers, one said good morning and that was it. I stood there for about 10 minutes before anyone even took my order or even asked if i was a mobile order. Literally just standing there as their completing other orders and what it appeared to setting up for the day. When my order was ready they called out my order and set it on the counter. No bag, no napkins, nothing. I asked do you guys have a bag i can use? The woman responded “yea its over he counter grab whatever you need”. Terrible customer service overall.

    Sat in the drive through for 30 minutes and never even got a chance to order. I tried to call my order in and the lady hung up in my face. Needless to say, we won't be back.

    I’m a regular customer and often order the tuna here, but after eating it this time I developed severe nausea and vomiting. I later saw that there is an active FDA recall on certain canned tuna products. Just wanted to share my experience so others are aware and can be cautious.
