  This location has become an absolute joke. The number of times I have shown up and been able to order or pay because their “system is down”… Sometimes I’ll show up having already ordered and paid online and they’ll be out of something basic, like BREAD - at noon on a Friday. There is never enough people working. They can’t operate a drive through and customers at the counter at the same time. You can pull up or walk in and not even be acknowledged for 5+ mins. Receiving a mobile order can include waiting over 20 minutes in drive through. And when any of these things happen NO ONE inside cares. They don’t notice. It’s not their problem. They don’t apologize. It’s an absolute joke of a business.

  Jimmy John’s is known for being fast, but this visit was very slow. I waited much longer than expected for a simple order, and there was no explanation or apology. Hopefully this location can improve its service times.

  Food took 30 minutes to get. Worker was on her phone talking to someone while we were waiting to be served. They ran out of regular bread as well
