The reason I say that is when I asked for a management seems she automatically to Employees side.They could be making a lot more money but the help doesn't understand where their salary is coming from. I know customers can be rude,but I'm old enough to understand to be nice to whoever is preparing your food. Maybe she had rude customers before me don't take it out on me.
