This made it appear as though the employee may have been attempting to bypass the store’s official system for personal gain. This type of behavior undermines customer trust and damages the store’s reputation. I strongly urge management to investigate, ensure that proper payment methods are consistently available, and reinforce training on professionalism and integrity.
