  I couldn't get served for some reason. Stood at the cash register for 10 minutes and they wouldn't even look at me. I stood there and watched the manger/cook talk on her phone and handle people's food with bare hands.

  Can’t tell you how it was because they were r closed on a Friday at 1045. Hours on the door say 9 o’clock open time so not sure if that is incorrect or what . At least have the common courtesy to put a sign on the door

  Ok I went to buy a ice cream birthday cake.. Apparently they were at the back and I had to wait for the manager ..a cook came out..he brings an ice cream cake and I asked to open it so I can see it..I asked him if it was fresh..o yes sir it is recently made...I opened package and you could obviously see it had freezer burns..I checked the date and was expired a month ago...I asked him about the date and he says I can give you 10 percent off..times are tough for all of us and that cake should be tossed out to the garbage can I am not going back to that store again

  I went through the drive thru. The lady waiting on me was rude!! My bill was $15. 78 and I gave her $16.03 expecting 25cents back, but she gave me 20cents. I asked why I didn't get a quarter back and she told me that they round up. I stated if you had put the correct amount I gave you in the register it would have given the correct amount to giveme back. She gave me a quarter and stated that she shouldn't have given it because you people need to learn how to read. I had my grand kids in the car and I didn't want the situation to get out of hand so I drove off. I was greatly disturbed by her comment. I am not a you people and I have multiple degrees and I know how to read!!! I do understand frustration with your job, but you should not be rude to the customers. I only gave a 2 because the ice cream was good.
