I told them. They did nothing. The chicken bowl was the spiciest I've ever had it. The lady in the kitchen said "I'm glad it's not just me (who thought this)" I had to ask for sour creme to make it more mild. I only ate it because I was starving. My son picked over it. I got extra chicken- waste of money. Service- they were nice but not helpful when I explained the guac is nasty, the chicken is too spicy. Atmosphere- like someone else said, the dining room was clean, the area where they prepare your bowls was messy. Food in other areas. The lettuce has not been dried so it was sitting in a pool of water. I asked for more lettuce. It was wet too. The trash was overflowing. Ugh. I'll never be back! Aren't you all tired of getting bad reviews?? Horrible.
