  Me and my Husband went there about 20 mins ago and we normally get the same thing I asked one question to the young man and he answered and this young skinny light-skinned young adult with glasses looked at the nice gentleman as if my question was bothering her and she laughed and walked off. She then came back I proceeded to ask her why are you looking at me and my Husband like that she replied I thought you would had looked at the prices for the extra in a condescending tone! With her hands in her pocket rolling her eyes. It wasn't the point of paying it was the point of asking a question and feeling belittle in front of people. I told my husband let's go and left $43.00 of food there all because of the service that was given by your employee who needs more training and I proceeded to her manager and explained to the manager and explained she said sorry while watching but she was so busy doing orders.

  TERRIBLE!!! My husband & I were staying at a nearby hotel after his knee replacement...so he could only tolerate soup. Got soup from Panera Bread. I wanted Chipotle...got my food to go. Got back to hotel to eat...I had a GRAVEL IN MY FOOD😡😡🤬🤬 I will NEVER EVER eat here again & I DEFINITELY would NOT recommend this place!!! So I figured those dang workers had dropped some food while putting out more...picked it up & still cooked & served it. If you've ever worked at a restaurant....you will know how dirty & wet the floors are!!! NEVER EVER GO HERE!!!! Would NOT even give a 1 star....but the review will not post...so EVERYONE needs to see this!!!

  Very Clean and great atmosphere as soon as you walk in the door. Some construction going on in the parking lot that was a little chaotic but nothing too bad. The staff preparing our takeout order was noticeably younger and easily distracted by one another rather than focusing on the customer. Overall the food was great & met my expectations I would definitely drive a little further for this specific location rather than the McCain location.

  I really don’t play about my food and where I eat, I have liked chipotle for bout the last year anywho…I visited university location today, I usually go to most chipotles in Texas..so this is why I need to vent right now. The parking lot had plenty of trash outside at the university Little Rock chipotle location, the inside was a mess kids soliciting boxes of Candy bars, it’s kinda like a time and place for everything and they weren’t taking cash..it was just too all over the place. I actually told the manager to contact somebody to pick the trash up off the parking lot smh I decided not to eat there and go to chenal location and I’m satisfied now.
