  I had one of the best experiences ever at bonefish grill tonight. Our waiter Madison was freaking amazing. She gave the best recommendations on everything, drinks and food. She held great conversations making us feel so welcome. We really enjoyed. Now the food was mid which was surprising because we've ate here plenty of times. But the martinis were the bomb. Hats off to whoever the bartender is!

  WINNER WINNER BONEFISH DINNER Our dining was enhanced by the very friendly Chris, who provided outstanding service and was an exceptional bartender as well as very acquainted to the nuances of the dessert and Seabass. We had an exceptional time and will be back. As you can see the brownie dessert was incredible

  I came here with my daughter for my Birthday and it was AMAZING! Our server / bartender Chris was great. He was quick with non-alcoholic options. The appetizer he recommended was on point. Bro recommended a dessert at the drop of a dime and even put a candle in it. Best macaroni I probably had at a restaurant! I even was surprised about the price. I will be back. Oh, my birthday card was an absolute surprise. P.S. they even turned on the Hogs game!

  We went for Valentine’s Day and our server was very kind - but that’s most of the praise I can give. Our bread and appetizer took a while to come out, and our mains were sent to the wrong table so we had to wait a very long time for them. What bothered me about this most was that our server said the kitchen wanted her to tell us it would only be a few more minutes instead of the truth. We appreciated that the server ended up being honest with us, but it was concerning that what could have been relayed to be a ‘few minutes’ would have been closer to 20-30. When the food finally came, my filet was well done instead of medium rare: thankfully they fixed it for me, but to wait that long for a tough steak is ridiculous. While it definitely did not have to be, nothing was comped to make up for the frustrating experience on a holiday.

  Me and my husband were seated at 7:15PM. (Hired a babysitter and needed to be home by 9:00, we live 30 minutes away) We ordered appetizers and our entrees at the SAME TIME. My husband finally got his drink at 7:45. Waited and waited for appetizers. At 8:00 we got up and we were leaving because we had to go. We wanted to get something to eat obviously before we headed back. The manager comes over and said we they have our entrees ready. Ummm where were the two appetizer's we ordered 45 minutes ago?? They weren’t even out yet. It was very very frustrating. I get that they are busy and probably understaffed and whatnot. But it WAS not a good experience and I didn’t get to try the special like I wanted. This was the first and last time going. Idk. Maybe we will try again in the future. For a HIGH QUALITY Restaurant, I expected better.
