I haven't had time to frequent them the way I once did Starbucks, so I can't say it won't happen. However, I've been there multiple times, and it hasn't yet. Whether you order off the standard menu or the "secret" menu, they've got you covered. Not to mention, their drinks are excellent. I'm partial to the brunette and the German chocolate lattes, as well as the brew lagoon energy drink. The only downside I've ever found is the occasional wait time, but that can't be helped when a place is popular.

She filled my glasses with ice. When she brought me the drinks, I told her I asked for little ice, she took the coffee and the other person only removed the ice and did not put any more drinks in the glasses. She gave me the glasses with 25% less drink. I told her I don't want the drinks. I want my money back. She left me waiting for a long time. Then she told me that she did not need my card to return my money. This happened Friday night from 7:55 p.m. to 8:10 p.m. Those 2 people should not work at this place. They are going to make the customers leave this place.
