We came to the door when they opened, the girl came out and told us they were not open yet and give them another few minutes. I waited another 10 minutes and they still had not opened and the workers could have cared less to wait on us. The Cantrell location is much better. I doubt we will come back to this location.

We ordered a regular chicken kids meal for our kids and we ended up with what I am assuming was their chicken Al pasture which was way too spicy for our children. Even the black beans had a spice on them which for adults is okay but not for small kids. We tried to call the restaurant and no one answered. This one particular restaurant is the only bad experience I have had. Others I’ve had a great experience every time.

The person I went with was unable to go inside due to not being able to get inside in a wheelchair. The aisles would accommodate a wheelchair if the restaurant was empty but otherwise not. I was also disappointed that the event was specified that you had to show a tattoo, even drawn on but no one was asked to see one. I got our food to go since my companion couldn't be accommodated. Once home I found the food to be edible but not spectacular. The rice and beans were crunchy, the guacamole was less than fresh, and the protein I wanted was 10 minutes out (after standing in line for 40 minutes). I will not return.
