  Everyone was nice enough but the wait. If the food had been hot and the potatoes fresh, it would have been worth it, however not the case. They left the bacon off of my club, and my fries were mostly tiny small burnt pieces. I was very disappointed. It's a busy area and I expected much better.

  I hate to be "that guy", and also show my own incompetence, but hopefully it's worth it for people to know how bad this CFA is. A week ago I am having a horrible day so I think, well at least I'll end the day with CFA, which will be good. Wrong. I order the jalapeno ranch club sandwich, pick it up in drive-thru, check the bag, see the sandwich and other items, but not thinking straight and not wanting to hold up the long drive-thru line at dinner, I leave without noticing there is no sauce (look, it was a long day and my brain was fried). No jalapeno ranch is found in the bag, making it a plain sandwich now. (Sorry, do I want to eat a dry sandwich? Na, I'm good.) I'm not going to drive all the way back. I keep the receipt though and bring it back today, a week later, when I'm getting CFA. I asked the worker that, since they messed up on the main item that makes the "jalapeno ranch" sandwich its name (the sauce), to get a replacement. She walks two feet over to explain this to her supervisor and the supervisor loudly goes, "SO HE WANTS A FREE SANDWICH B/C HE DIDN'T GET SAUCE??" with the most judgmental attitude, she then pulls her manager to the back (I see them through the back door window), acting like she has gossip to share, while I'm standing two feet away. I know they were talking trash so when she comes back out I confront her about how she's talking poorly about customers right in front of them and how I don't need this judgmental attitude. She tries saying that she's not doing that, bla bla bla. She tells me next time that happens I need to call the store and let them know they forgot. Why? During dinner hours I am not going to drive back to get sauce. You're not going to deliver it to me. (Side note: just learned online that you can report food issues on the app) I've never taken advantage of CFA, or other restaurants, just to get free food. If you're going to tell me no, learn how to be a professional or at least make something up like it needs to be done same day. I just want y'all to own and fix your mistakes. What's $8 to you? Nothing. It's not coming out of your paycheck. You messed up. Own it. I know you'll read this. Get out of customer service. You don't belong.

  This one has gone downhill the last few years. It’s the only CFA I go to that has terrible service. It used to be one of the best.

  I ordered an egg grill muffin breakfast sandwich in which I ordered 2 egg white muffins and got only one. When I called in the store to confirm they put me on hold for 10 mins and didn't answer and when I called them again nobody answered. This is not good. I used to love Chick-fil-A but not anymore.
