  Faith was an excellent server! She was super friendly and made good recommendations as this was our first time at Bonefish Grill. The Bang Bang Shrimp is a must! So delicious 😋

  Absolutely the worst dining experience I've had in years. Went to Bonefish on Cantrell expecting fresh seafood and got absolute garbage. My Chilean sea bass was dry as cardboard, overcooked to the point of being inedible, and swimming in a sauce that tasted like it came from a can. The shrimp scampi had rubbery, flavorless shrimp that bounced off the plate. Worst of all, when I politely asked to speak to the manager about the disaster on my plate, 'Jade' showed up with the most disinterested, eye-rolling attitude I've ever seen. She barely looked at the food, muttered 'sorry about that' without any sincerity, and offered nothing but a comp on one appetizer like that would fix everything. No apology, no attempt to make it right, no replacement — just pure indifference. Jade clearly doesn't care about guests or standards. Bonefish Cantrell is a complete embarrassment to the brand. Save your money and your time — go anywhere else. 0/10. Never returning.

  We are at Bonefish Grill in Little Rock. The food and the service was excellent. Chris did a great job taking care of us and they had a great dinner for 2 menu item that we enjoyed.

  We had an outstanding experience at Bonefish Grill in Little Rock, and it was all thanks to Brandon and the team. From the moment we walked in, Brandon greeted us with genuine kindness and made us feel right at home. My girlfriend has food allergies, and we truly appreciated the extra care taken to ensure her safety. Jack, the kitchen manager, personally came out to speak with us about how the food would be prepared and the precautions they would take. That level of attention and professionalism gave us complete confidence in our meal. The food itself was excellent—we ordered the steak and butterfish, and both were cooked perfectly. Everything from the service to the food exceeded our expectations. Overall, it was a great experience, and we will definitely be back. Huge thanks to Brandon and Jack for going above and beyond!

  Came here on a Saturday afternoon for a late lunch & while waiting on a service repair nearby. Our server Briana G was excellent - she was attentive and timed our meal perfectly. Food was absolutely delicious - I tried the Eggs Benedict as a brunch choice & was not disappointed. The hollandaise sauce was perfect. My husband had the Mahi-Mahi with crispy cauliflower & it was great. Perfect place to come for a laid back lunch on the weekend.
