  I didn’t go in to detail, I didn’t know it was my job to provide anything other than a review, but if you want it brought to your attention I’d be happy to let others know….. I went there for lunch a few days ago, I had an hour lunch break. I chose to go to the drive through since there were only about 6 or 7 cars in the line. Well after 45-50 minutes of waiting I had not even made it to the speaker to place my order. Either you don’t have enough employees to cover a lunch rush, or the employees you do have are terrible at their jobs, or likely it’s a little bit of both. Arby’s never even gets busy we all know that. It was quite pathetic and it’s not worth going back for a less than mediocre roast beef sandwich

  Went to this location and ordered jamocha shakes. They gave us apple pie shakes. We noticed they were wrong and asked nicely to have them replaced, because things happen ya know? Well, they refused insisting there was nothing wrong with them, giving us an attitude and shutting the conversation down. Jamocha and apple pie are nothing alike. Like I’m no food critic but come on. It’d be one thing if we ordered something and didn’t like it, that would be on us, but we didn’t order that. If I could give a zero star review I would. Go to any of the other Arby’s in LR. They’re better - you actually get what you order with better customer service :(

  The people that were working here for lunch today need a lesson in customer service. Ordered a large drink and got a medium. Ordered a large fry and it was half full. Received eye rolls every time I said something. Definitely go to a different location.

  My sandwich was cold and asked to heat it up or expecting for them to prepare a new one and they refused. Wanted to use the coupon for a free shake and presented the receipt with our current purchase. They said we would have to make another purchase refusing to honor the coupon. Staff moved so slow and had a terrible attitude. I will not go there again. Very disappointing.

  Had the steak nuggets and was extremely disappointed with this..I believe it's just chunks of roast beef and i know that steak comes from steers..will not return for this item
