  Gotta love this place, I was having a terrible day this sunday before i was heading to work because i hated my job, I decided to get 7 brew and that was one of the best decisions ever and it made my day. First of all the drink was amazing, secondly I was looking a little upset so there was worker, I think his name was Saed, who greeted me and asked about my day, i really needed to express how i feeling so i told him about everything sorry. BUT HE WAS SO KIND AND LISTENED VERY CAREFULLY AND GAVE ME SOLID ADVICE.It worked out so well for me, Thank you 7 brew.

  Served by ALEX! #1 I get up at 4:30 AM every day, and after a 40 min drive I usually stop here for my “fix”. I want to make an honorable mention to the BEST person who could possibly take your order and make you feel welcome, ALEX!! Thank you for being so kind every single time I stop by. Whoever runs this location, should give you a raise. Out of all the baristas who take my order, you’re the only one who asks how I’m doing & again makes you feel welcome. ❤️💪🏼 ALEX for employee of the month! -Red Mustang 🥴

  I’ve been coming to this location for two years and up until December I have had no complaints. I was asked to give a good review on behalf of the location when I came through today, however in good conscience i could not do that. Under new management this place has fallen apart!!!!!!! The old staffing was TOP tier and made the experience worth the $10 coffee. The new staff seems to be burnt out and multiple employees have expressed this is due to the new management and franchise buy out. If yall wanna keep customers satisfied FIRE THE NEW MANAGEMENT. The other day I asked to speak to the manager because I was running late for work and the employee working outside was having a 5 minute conversation with the car in front of me that left me very unsatisfied. When asked to speak with a manager I was informed the manager had been in the bathroom a while and they didn’t know when she would be out, this has happened 3 TIMES. Some of the employees have expressed to me what exactly it is she’s doing in the bathroom and it ain’t what a bathroom is meant for. I hope yall change things up because I enjoyed coming here and the team used to be amazing.

  Out of all the 7brew stands I’ve been to, the 7brew stand on Markham in Little Rock, AR is the best! Everyone who works at this stand is sweet and goes out of their way to provide exceptional service every time. Kat, Kendyl, Micah, Gavin, and Sydney (just to name a few) will go out of their way to make sure my drink is made right. They’re never rude about it. In fact, I appreciate them for being so patient and professional. This stand hires top tier people who are genuine, have exceptional customer service, and truly love their job. Even if it’s out of my way, I will still drive to this stand instead of going to one closer to where I’m going. Thank you, team 7Brew on Markham for being the very best crew (& for bringing so much joy to my day every time I go grab my iced coffee)!!

  This stand actually sucks now. There was an old manager you made it a fun environment but now with the new manager every time I go it feels sad and the workers look miserable. not only that but after giving me bad service they beg for a 5 star review and say to put their names. i’ve never had a place ask me to give them a review. not only that but I keep seeing the manager vaping all through out the stand with what looks like either a vape or weed pen. i don’t know if i trust going to a place where values are so low management does that
