  I went through the drive through on 03/26/2026 on my way to work. I ordered a mini taco salad no chipotle sauce, avocado ranch and a chips and nacho supreme dip with no nacho cheese sauce add 3 cheese blend. When I got to work my order was completely wrong. Nacho cheese sauce on the dip no avocado ranch no chips and chipotle sauce on the salad. When I called the store I accidentally called the wrong store as I am new to the area and had no receipt in the bag. Mattie who I spoke with at the wrong store told me I could get my correct order the next night. She was great. I arrived at the store I went to on the 26 and told them who I spoke with they said there was no Mattie there that Mattie hadn’t worked there in a long time and I was at the wrong store. I explained I was at the correct store. I described the very rude lady who waited on me I showed them the number I called the night before. They were going to refuse to replace my food until I asked for their names to report all of them. It was 2 nights of the worst fast food service I have ever had. Oh and I still never got the avocado ranch sauce. I work at a hotel and give recommendations to restaurants. I will make sure everyone I speak with knows not to go to the taco bell on Parker st in Jonesboro Arkansas by the Walmart super center.

  Extremely slow on a normal day but today waited over twenty minutes after placing our order in the drive through, and was told “we didn’t put your order in.” When the food was brought out, the order was wrong with several missing items. Asked to get our full order and they came back with more food but still had things missing. This was not a complicated order. It was four bean burritos and two spicy potato tacos. They couldn’t get ANYTHING right. This location is so terrible that people drive out to Brookland to get a halfway decent experience. It is sad how bad this location has gotten.

  Officially the worst taco bell I've been to. Maybe the worst fast food experience I've ever had a well. Spent $50; missing a fourth of what we ordered. What we did receive - ingredients not fresh. Lettuce and tomatoes were borderline spoiled. It was like peeling a bandaid off when trying to unwrap the flattened tacos. The chalupa was wet. Not soggy but wet. Absolutely disgusted.
