  The place is terrible smelling. We smelled so bad of nasty grease when we left there. Not to mention the store is just gross. They don’t clean the tables, floors, nothing!! But aside from the nasty place, the food was still good..

  Taco Bell side is normally good. The KFC side is random. Sometimes I can get it good. A lot of times my chicken comes out raw. Just be careful. And there are times that they tell you they're not open when they are just all them plays are in the back smoking pot. Had that happen a couple of times.

  Ordered chicken sandwiches & Mexican pizza meal thru drive thru. Paid them told to move to the door area & they would bring my order out. Order rec'd & I brought it home. Opened bag, no sandwiches. I called & started telling them what happened & they interrupted me to say that they had our sandwiches & that 'I' should have checked the bag to realize that the order was not complete. When I challenged that position, they then said the window cashier should have told me to expect two order bags. They told me that I could come get the sandwiches. I called back before I left my driveway & asked them to remake my meal since it would be cold by the time I got. I was told no because it was hot when I received it. I said that I needed to talk to a manager. He said that he was a manager but he couldn't address the Taco Bell side of things. I started questioning this & the line disconnected. I called back, asked if they had hung up on me. They said no, the call just disconnected. They made no commitment to remake the Taco Bell portion. I came back to the drive thru, was told they had sandwiches only. I again requested replacement of my now cold meal. They directed me to the 2nd window. When they handed me the bag it was sandwiches only. I stated once again my request & why. Cashier talked in her headset & came back to tell me that the manager refused. I took the bag of Gary's sandwiches & told the cashier that I wasn't mad at her but this was a mistake on the part of their manager. BTW, my food was cold...tried microwaving it a tad to try eating it...yuck. It went in the trash. KFC/Taco Bell, you have lost a patron...

  Zero stars isn't an option. No line at the drive through and I still sat there for ten minutes before leaving without food. Not cool.
