  I just drove my special needs client through to get a milkshake. There was some miscommunication going back and forth between the cashier and I and she ended up screaming at me, calling me disrespectful. I raised my voice because she said she couldn’t hear me. We had some issues hearing each other (me and the staff member) and rather than trying to make and effort to calmly communicate immediately started calling me disrespectful. She asked me to speak up, I did, she starts yelling at me and calling me "incredibly disrespectful". I just wanted a milkshake... really unacceptable. I usually have had no problems with this location in the past but I think I’ll just go to Chick-fil-a. Great job ruining a special needs guy’s day y’all. Maybe pause, ask a clarifying question, and don’t burn bridges with potential customers? Just a thought. Seriously though, someone is always having a rough day. Turns out it happened to be our car hop this go around. Was really unfortunate.
