I placed a mobile order at this store today 4:54 pm. I pulled up to the store 10 to 15 mins later. The guy at the window seemed rude. I told him I was there for a pickup mobile order and he immediately parked us. It took them about 30 mins in total to get us our order. The whole time I was waiting I saw only 3 cars come and go, it wasnt even remotely busy. When we recieved our order it was like it had just been sitting for 15 plus minutes. Our food was cold. The fries had sat with no heat for awhile. I was just about to go around through the drive through to cancel my order when it came out. This was probably the worst fast food order I've had in awhile

I always place a mobile order but sometimes we order at the drive thru. They always have me pull to a parking spot and I have to wait on my food. You’d think since I’m waiting it would be warm… no! It’s always cold or tastes like it’s been under a warmer.
They never give straws either and usually we get the drinks before we park in the spot so we sit there without any straws that entire time. Yesterday I sat waiting for my order over 15 minutes
