    Gave me the wrong drink. And got an entire bag of ranch instead of my food. When coming back to the establishment they proceeded to NOT give me fresh food but instead the food that had been sitting in the “warmer”. ALL bags should be checked before they leave the building. And clearly we don’t know how to do that OR give fresh food when given an entire bag of ranch. Will not be eating here again.

    I went here for lunch and ordered a chicken strip wrap with a side of ranch and mozzarella sticks with a side of marinara. Both on the app. When I got my food and checked my order, the ranch wasn't there. I asked for my ranch, and the person over the intercom said it was 25 cents. I told them I ordered it on the app. It was on my receipt. They refused to bring it unless I would pay the 25 cents. They have NEVER charged me for that before. It would be one thing if they charged me on the app, but to just not give me my ranch and try and charge me for it afterwards is nonsense. I used to come here quite often. Now I won't be.
