I would give no strars if possible. We ordered from Sonic in Jonesboro AR. On Nettleton AVE today, and not only did it take 45 minutes for them to bring our food, (2 burgers, and a order of cheese sticks) when they brought it out it was cold, and they did not read our order to us nor had the receipt on the bag, also told us they did not have the receipt with them. They then asked if they forgot our drinks that we didn't have. We were missing a burger.(also while waiting other customers pulled up to screens to order, and got their food first) Then it took an additional 5 minutes for them to bring it out. We then asked for the manager. When Destiny Blackman came out she was extremely rude, and said she didn't know if she could refund or compensate us then went inside to "figure it out". We waited another 5 minutes, and no one came out. Considering all our food was already cold, we did not wait any longer. The food was so cold, and old it was not something we could eat. Both my husband, and I worked at sonic for 3+ years, and have NEVER seen or experienced this before. We know how it's supposed to be ran, and this is UNACCEPTABLE. We will not be going back, and thought you should know what that location is up to, and that it needs better employees, and management. We also would like to be refunded for the $16 we spent for the food we could not eat.
