    As someone who worked at Sonic for two years, I try to be patient but there was no excuse for why our food took as long as it did. We came on 10/31/25 after we went trick or treating and we had two mobile orders that were the exact same: two corn dogs and a small order of chicken bites and between the two we waited at the stall for over 45 minutes. There were barely any cars at the other stalls so it was not busy at all, and we weren’t able to go back out to trick or treat because it was too late by the time our second order FINALLY came. Extremely disappointed, and absolutely ridiculous. I would give 0 stars if I could.

    Excellent service at this location as always. It seems they were a little short handed and it took a little while for my order to come out however having worked at a sonic for 3+ years previously I understand how a short handed fast food restaurant works and chose to give them grace. Every one did an excellent job including the manager Destiny Blackman. I will be back In the future.

    I would give no strars if possible. We ordered from Sonic in Jonesboro AR. On Nettleton AVE today, and not only did it take 45 minutes for them to bring our food, (2 burgers, and a order of cheese sticks) when they brought it out it was cold, and they did not read our order to us nor had the receipt on the bag, also told us they did not have the receipt with them. They then asked if they forgot our drinks that we didn't have. We were missing a burger.(also while waiting other customers pulled up to screens to order, and got their food first) Then it took an additional 5 minutes for them to bring it out. We then asked for the manager. When Destiny Blackman came out she was extremely rude, and said she didn't know if she could refund or compensate us then went inside to "figure it out". We waited another 5 minutes, and no one came out. Considering all our food was already cold, we did not wait any longer. The food was so cold, and old it was not something we could eat. Both my husband, and I worked at sonic for 3+ years, and have NEVER seen or experienced this before. We know how it's supposed to be ran, and this is UNACCEPTABLE. We will not be going back, and thought you should know what that location is up to, and that it needs better employees, and management. We also would like to be refunded for the $16 we spent for the food we could not eat.
