  Don’t come here overnight unless you want the staff to curse you out because they can’t hear you through over the speaker.

  I waited a few days before posting because I was so upset by my experience. I went thru drive thru in the early evening, maybe 7pm? A cashier asked me if I could wait and that he would be right back. I had no issues with this until 3 cars ordered and pulled up that went thru the second drive thru slot… okay, I could let that go. I ordered, pulled up, waited, got to cashier (very nice) then next window a young man was standing there sweeping. I almost started to laugh because he seemed to be sweeping the same spot for almost 2 minutes, he finally picked up the sweeper, turned it over and hit it against the garbage can to empty it. He then turned to the window, opened it and handed me my drinks… did NOT wash his hands, was not wearing gloves, did not say hello, did not smile, did not care I was there. I should also mention another person standing a few feet from him doing nothing. After handing me my drinks, he immediately closed the window without a word. I pulled up to the next window, turns out this was wrong, I guess I was suppose to stay at that window for my food… how would I have known that by the silent treatment I received??? After several minutes (more than 5) a manager in a red shirt came to the last window and pushed my food toward me. I asked if I was suppose to stay at the last window and she rudely said yes. I started apologizing but she slammed the window in my face. And now for the double bonus… cold nuggets, cold quarter pounder, French fry containers where only HALF full and lukewarm. Having experience with the standards of a well functioning establishment, I can honestly say this is the worst experience I’ve ever had at a McDonald’s in all my travels.

  Worst McDonald’s I have ever been to. The majority of them are terrible these days now anyway but this one was just absolutely ridiculous. Fries were cold. Burgers were cold. Buns were hard and old. The staff acted like they were too busy to even deal with you, like you were a burden not a customer. Just a terrible experience all around.

  As a door dashes I have been to this store several times. Every single order pick up was late. They hardly remember the dipping sauces. The lobby is disgusting. Not 1 worker wears food prep gloves from the cooks to the cashiers. Personally if I was to order for my family I would go the extra 3 miles to one of the other stores. Drive thru at 10 pm at this store is a nightmare!! 15 - 20 min waits.
