First time ordering here through DoorDash, and unfortunately a very poor first impression. They were out of hot dog buns and asked our driver if we would accept burger buns on the side. We agreed due to limited options. When the order arrived, there were no buns included at all. I called the restaurant and was offered a $10 gift card, which I declined. After an experience like this, I’m not interested in returning. I was also told the DoorDash driver didn’t respond, despite the fact that we spoke with her directly. If a product isn’t available, it should be removed from the menu rather than sent incomplete. Accuracy and communication matter, especially for delivery orders.

I door dash to make side coins. This restaurant is filthy. I was there to pick up a order. There was a cockroach on the pickup counter. Ive muted any deliveries requested from this store. If I wouldn't eat here I don't feel safe taking orders to paying customers.

EDIT: HR reached out and offered a recovery certificate. Will update if/when trying the place an order for a second time. First time customer of this location. Ordered 2 burgers and a large fry. They did not honor their company practice of including an extra scoop of fries. In fact, the fries portion didn't even clear the top of the cup. The only reason this company gets away with charging $8 for fries is the expectation of value. They did not deliver on this. Not sure I want to risk giving this location my money for a second chance to just to receive a second stingy portion of overpriced fries. Burgers were adequately prepared, no complaints there.

As soon as I walked in the door, there was a lady with glasses who greeted me with a smile, and she met me at the cash because I believe she was wiping a table. Once she got to the register, she greeted me again and asked me how I was doing to cut this short. The customer service here was great today. The food amazing. Their was a lot going on in the restaurant with different service people, but overall I love the vibe here from beginning to end. Even the two guys that was making my food was very friendly spoke when the lady upfront spoke and they all had good energy with each other!
