  ⚠️This is a long short review ⚠️ I tried coming back again and again, to give them a chance since this is the only Dunkin Donut establishment in Jonesboro ( the next location is more than 200 miles away.) Don't get me wrong, I like Dunkin Donut, but my experiences at this location are not well at all. Every time my drink orders would be missing a thing or two, and if I don't take a sip of my drink while at the window I wouldn't know that something is missing. I find myself always handing back my cup because they missed something or we'd already left and I would end up with a large untouched cup of coffee. Today, We turned back around to get my drink fixed and when I told them something was missing the older man at the window pointed to the label on the cup and said I did not order sweet cream and chocolate cold foam. I told him I did and then he turned around, closed the window and had a conversation with his coworkers for what seemed like forever before he came back to the window and handed over my drink. We live 5miles away and every time I tell myself to give it another try only to be disappointed again. Sadly, I've decided that I will not come back to this location. Attached is a photo of my drink thats barely been touched for 2 hours. ( my husband and I are running errands today and sadly I can't bring myself to enjoy my drink, it has left a bitter taste in my mouth) P.S. as we drove away, my husband was commenting on Starbucks lets customers keep the drinks for free while fixing their order 🤷‍♀️

  First time and was impressed. Prices were comparable to other shops in the area. Clean store and good variety

  I went there after 10am, great customer service & food! I got a raspberry croissant, ham & swiss cheese croissant, hashbrowns(received hot) and cookie butter latte extra syrup! Honestly no complaints. Drive thru
