    Ordered delivery thru the app while passing through town for the night. Food was delivered, order wasn’t quite right. Incorrect items/Not fresh. I called the store, initially spoke to a girl who didn’t even know the address of the store and claimed my order must’ve been from somewhere else. She directed me to a manager, and they informed they couldn’t provide any refund/points without the GM and that it would take a while. She did call back and advised I reach out to corporate through the app because “it would refund me quicker.” Manager was super nice but the food wasn’t really that good and I’m having to do extra work because someone else messed up. Not really sure how I feel and probably wouldn’t go again, even if I was from here.

    Second time ordering from here. First time was a week ago my burger was undercooked and raw. Called to try to get a new one and was told to call back later. Tonight I ordered a Mac and cheese burger and chicken tenders thru the app. Burger is again raw and not cooked. Left the bacon off the fries I paid for. No silverwear to eat the cheese fries so pulling into gas station for that and napkins. Wouldn’t order again giving the rest to the dog Kind of hard to mess up a burger and chicken tenders.
