  3 pm on a Wednesday and the lobby doors were locked, be nice if their was something on the door saying drive through only

  I tried to use a coupon and it did not go well. We had a coupon for 2 can dine for $9.99. We were given a total of $14 something and questioned that amount. Then we were given another total of $13 something that included a “discount”. You can see on the receipt when the $9.99 coupon was entered it rings up as $13.39. We ended up paying $12.79 which was also not correct.The cashiers need more training and the amounts listed in the system may be wrong.

  It's usually awesome at this location. My husband ordered a half pound beef n cheddar. We went down the road, when I took it out if the bag, the box was soggy and folding. It already had arbys sauce all over it and the bun was soggy too. Totally inedible. Plus it wasn't the half pounder. We live 1.5 hrs away and no time to return it. Very disappointed.
