  Orderd on door dash, it was a quick delivery. My wings were so dry and crunchy I couldn't eat them. They definitely were not fresh, dried out for hours. Disappointed!

  Friday afternoon just before the crowd and we wanted BWW. Being on a strict diet limited to the bone in dry rub. My brother chose to order the same. Why I didn’t call the manager I kicked myself all the way home, the rest of the day and woke up the next morning shaking my head. Now here goes. Bone in Wings were so small and cooked so long you were against the bone when you started eating. These bone in wings came off Cornish hens I swear! Worst wings I’ve ever tried to eat and I’m 68 years old. Never again I don’t care if the meal is free I will not eat at BWW. How is the business in business? Liquor is my first thought I don’t think the customers realize what there eating only what their drinking.

  I dont understand how you can have so many employees standing around, not doing anything, and the place still be disgusting. The bathrooms smelled terrible, there was urine and poop all over the toilets, and all of the employees were just playing on their phones. I had to hold my daughter over the toilet it was so bad. This was at 3 PM on a Tuesday mind you. They were dead. Next thing I hated.. we ordered our food. Got it in about 15 minutes, not bad, but it was not good. My burger was okay, fries were cold and soggy, but the wings.. 🤮 it's buffalo wild wings. The word wings is in the name. They were so old and hard and cold. I truly am curious, how are you successful? The manager was hiring people in the dining room, I know he seen all of these issues. Why ignore them unless he doesn't care?? Absolutely awful experience. My wife and I WILL NOT be back. The manager should be fired on the spot allowing the restaurant to run that way. Oh! Almost forgot. My wife was in the bathroom and one of the waitresses walked out of the stall, and went right back to work. Don't know about you, but I don't like fecal matter in my food. This is literally the first review I have ever written because I generally don't really care. But this was by far my worst experience at a restaurant.

  Went at 3:30 in the afternoon, walked in the door to a half empty restaurant. Was told it would be a 45minute to an hour wait… so much for trying to go early. It wasn’t busy. I am very let down and confused as to why there is such a ridiculous wait. Pure disappointment.

  On Feb 14,26 Me and 9 others went to Buffalo Wild Wing to eat as we arrived in had one person to go in so that we could get an estimate on the waiting..boom we get in and go to the back bar area ..when then find a empty table we mad it the about 5:30ish ..4 waitress passed us no one came to clean off the table i sent for help we was told someone will clean it...i do understand that it was busy on this day .. then boom 2 others customer came in and sat at a dirty table waiting as well not its 6:25 we still waiting the same 4 waitress steady walking past we stop 2 to asked if someone was going to clear the table and service us the both said someone will get yall ..so the 2 other people that was sitting at an dirty table moved to another dirty table after 30 minutes went by we noticed that the 2 people table was getting cleaned off by one of the waitress we asked for help from mean while out table is still dirty we went to ask for assistance again and still was told the same thing another 15 to 30 minutes went pass before a young lady came to clean out table after she was done she said they are looking for yall waitress so at this point im very upset yes we should have left but everywhere was packed on vday so we stayed now it 7:15 we still haven't gotten anyone to take our order the teens are upset at this moment as well ..a young lady clocked in for her shift she waited on this couple that just came in 1st so I went to the front in asked was anyone going to take our order we have been waiting for so long and I get its busy but I don't understand why we not getting severed she said someone will be with you....wth ....so I went back the girl that came in said I will be yall waitress so im like ok she walked away came back 15 minutes later took the order 8:45 when 8 outta of 10 people got there food I had to asked where was the other person food was she asked what did she order so 🤔....so we told her ...I didn't order because it was too long of an wait I was beyond mad after 45 minutes we passed her food came everyone else was done eating by then...I will never go back to BWW WE HAD THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER
