  42 minutes to get a drink and mozzarella sticks. Ordered on the app and checked in at 12:34 pm. Car hop brought the drink about 5 to 10 minutes later she then asked if we had food and I said mozzarella sticks. At 1:06 she brought the mozzarella sticks. I then asked where was the sauces and she said she would be right back. At 1:10 I pushed the red button and they did not answer at 1:16 I pulled around to the drive through and asked for the sauces. This is the worst service I have ever had at a restaurant. I would of preferred to talk to the district manager instead of leaving this review but the manger on Monday said no to giving out that number and to leave a google review.

  Literally one of the worst sonics in the area. I ordered tater tots with my meal and they were barely warm when the bag was given to me. I also got a Reese’s blast with cookie dough and 10 minutes later when I got home it was barely even a milkshake and completely melted.

  The MANAGER on duty, African American female with bun who works drive-thru, is ALWAYS rude. Her attitude is DISGUSTING! I ordered a Mini Oreo Blast ADD Cookie Dough, as I said at the SPEAKER. She was so in a rush to get me off the speaker that I already knew my order was going to be wrong. I get to the window and she hands me a oreo blast with NO cookie dough as I KNEW she was not listening. I told her it was supposed to have cookie dough and she did add cookie dough but added a VERY small amount…I guess since she was not charging me she did not give the correct amount. I then told her if I needed to PAY, as I planned to do in the FIRST place, I will pay for the CORRECT amount of cookie dough. She then asked did I want it blended and I said no I want the correct amount! She then grabbed the blast with an attitude and added more but overall this is not the first time her attitude has been DISTASTEFUL! The other day (2 days ago) I came to the speaker at 10:40pm knowing it closes at 11, before she even welcomed me to order she said on the speaker “We’re not serving Ice Cream” when I wasn’t even going to order ice cream! A manager with such a nasty attitude is HURTING the business, NOT helping it. The ticket says Trinity but I am unsure if that is her name or if she was on someone’s register. Get a new job if you DONT like customer service it’s THAT simple.

  Slowest sonic I’ve ever been to the younger people that work there are so rude. I will not be going back to this location it’s the same experience everytime!

  I went around 930/10 am on Sunday ordered a toaster, burrito, and wacky pack kids cheeseburger meal. First the lady Ashley answered the speaker so rudely. Then once home I realized that my toaster was cold. The burger and tots in the wacky pack was burnt. I returned to the location to see if I could have my food remade correctly. Ashley response was that I had too many complaints and that their food is cooked fresh every order and she will just do a refund and I can go somewhere else. I have never encountered someone so rude and since the store manager “Payton” was unavailable today I really hope they see this and correct Ashley attitude towards customers. This is not the first time I have seen Ashley be rude at this location just the first time I have experienced it first hand.
