  Food not good , took forever to get waited on then when u did the order still came out wrong , tables was nasty floor was slick need to shut it down

  We got a doordash from these clowns. We got 2 Mcchickens add mustard no mayo. These absolute troglodytes put an excessive amount of mayonnaise on it. Also replaced our coke with diet. When we proceeded to call and ask if we could get our order replaced. The manager of the store hung up on us after telling us that the ticket didnt say that. Even know the tickets are printed and stuck to the wrappers of the sandwiches. After calling a second time she then told us that they didnt do replacements for doordash. Which would have been fine if you didnt already try to insult me by lying about the stupid wrappers. Genuinely give these half a brain stem employees what they want and dont go here. Honestly just close this location down. Because if this is what you pump out daily for peak hours why even let them have a job?

  What's the point in ordering ahead if they tell you breakfast is over because you were in the drive thru two minutes too long and the app won't let you order lunch yet. Called to speak with the manager who was anything but helpful. Tells me they dont confirm the order that was already paid for until i arrive but screw the fact i waited in line for more than 5 minutes. Order should have already been ready or at the very least they should have known they would need to make it. But sure lets end breakfast and screw the orders that were pending pickup at any minute and were paid for. Was ordered in plenty of time and paid for. Canceled and tried to order something else and wouldn't let me do that either? Manager couldn't even honor that? Multi-billion dollar company can't format an app to tell time and managers that can't fix problems...absolutely ridiculous. I work in the industry. There's always a way to make it right. McDonald's do better and this location is a joke.
