  Ordered from the Tropical Smoothie app NOT the doordash app, a dasher picked up my order and told me she had a flat tire to cancel my order. So I called Jacksonville location like is stated in the receipt email, they hung up on me twice (after laughing) and finally told me they can’t do anything about it, put me on eternal hold until I hung up. There is no way to request refund on the doordash app because I didn’t order from doordash. So basically I’m out $21.57 and the Jacksonville location is very rude.

  Skip the drive thru and just go inside. The drive thru is terrible because of the traffic noise right behind you on the highway. But it also doesn’t help when the girl working the drive thru gets rude with you because she’s not speaking loud enough. I just got yelled at. Ironically, when I came here to leave this comment, I see I’m not the only one who’s experienced this rudeness. This place was great back in 2013 when I lived here the first time, but it’s obviously under different ownership because the family that used to own it would never let the service stoop to this level. I was hoping at least the food would be good, but the wrap for some reason is wet. They probably microwaved it with the tomatoes in it or something. I hope that’s all it is anyway. :/
