Most recently, I received my $30 order of tacos with no fillings inside, which unfortunately reflects a pattern of incorrect, cold, and sloppily prepared food despite drive-through waits exceeding 10 minutes. The drive-through environment is consistently hostile and unprofessional. On New Year’s Day, I was particularly concerned to observe a drunk employee working the window while only one person in kitchen, raising serious concerns about safety and management oversight. I hope this feedback is taken seriously, as these issues appear to be ongoing with EVERY OTHER REVIEW! CORPORATE NEEDS TO MASS TRAIN THIS LOCATION!

I only wish I could give this had a star. worst location I've ever been to.

- BMBradley millsapDec 4, 20251.0This has got to be a joke. I have four little pieces of steak in my 2 discovery boxes. The chicken quesadilla is the same way most of it is burnt torltia. Fries were cold. Supreme Soft tacos were more tortillas and sour cream than anything. Worst place in Jacksonville do not know why I try. I give it a few months and it's still the same. I do have better luck with the day shift crew. Do not recommend.
