Ordered in the drive thru, pulled up behind an Impala wuth one adult driving and 3 children. It was obvious that a child in the back was in charge. It was a total SNAFU. It was well over 20 minutes before they finally pull away. I knew my box had been sitting, waiting, during that 20 minutes. And I was right. I didn't get the $9 box, I was given the $7 box. I asked for extra Diablo sauce... I got NONE! NONE! So I took home a cold $7 box for $10.14, got NO hot sauce. This is the 3rd fast food joint in two weeks that can't get an order straight either online or in person. You heard me Wendy's and Arby's! I swear, if Popeyes goes bad in this town I'm going to start a protest march. Food is too expensive for this kind of service. Oh... and you burned the damn burrito!
