The only downside is the soda situation. I have mentioned before that the cooler door is often left open and it tends to get shrugged off, so the drinks are not always cold. I would recommend grabbing your own soda elsewhere if that matters to you. Food timing and quality were solid. The cooler is just something to be aware of.

I stood at the counter for about 10 minutes before the young lady assisted me. Told her my name and order and guess what? No pizzas. My pizzas hadn’t even been cooked yet. This is why I placed the order for a later pick up time. To save me the time and hassle of just waiting. I got there at 7:15 and didn’t get my pizzas until about 7:50ish. Then I noticed that the cook was making pizzas with no gloves on. That’s pretty unsanitary seeing as though your hands had touched numerous items in the kitchen before preparing these pizzas. I understand being short handed but this was completely unnecessary. And to add insult to injury, the pizzas were not what I ordered. Shocker there!

I called and offered to send pictures and everything and the manager apologized and made it right. Whoever you are Pizza Hut manager I thank you.
