  Subway is mine and my husbands favorite place to eat but after tonight we will not be going back to Huntsville AR subway! We ordered through the mobile app, we waited to go into subway until it said it was done, we still sit inside the store for 20 mins waiting. I could see our sandwiches sitting to the side when I confronted the employee Kiersten she was dismissive rude and quite frankly in need of some costumer service courses! She had different sandwiches from different orders sitting on top of each other and any time the other employee asked for her help she ignored him! It’s an absolute mess there! And on top of everything, I paid $1.51 extra for extra bacon ham and turkey and didn’t even get a single piece of bacon on his sanwhich!

  Ordered on the app for the Huntsville location. Kolbe and Qyrstin we fast and very friendly. Food was good as always

  Management either needs to work or have more people work Sunday. Either that or just be closed Sunday. There was only one worker here when it was dinner and I felt bad for the guy but he was good but stressed. Took forever to get food but totally understood why. You can’t just have one guy working busy shifts.
