    My family and I were Visiting in Hot Springs, Arkansas from TEXAS and decided to grab some WINGS before going in for the night. Customer Service was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING from HARRY he was so polite , and patient while my family debating on what we were having lol. The Food was Hot, fresh, and good . Thanks for making our visit a good one at store #1231.

    I had one of the most frustrating experiences here. I waited over an hour just for a simple order of French fries. Meanwhile, I sat there watching multiple people who came in after me—some with much larger, more complicated orders—get their food before I ever saw mine. It felt like my order was completely forgotten or just not taken seriously at all. There was no communication, no apology, and no sense of urgency from the staff. Waiting that long for something so basic is unacceptable, especially when others are being served ahead of you without any clear reason. If you value your time, I’d strongly recommend going somewhere else. This experience was beyond disappointing.

    Im honestly beyond disappointed with this Wingstop I placed an order and received a confirmation email saying the wait time would be 9 to 11 minutes so at most I expected around a 20 minute wait Instead we sat there for 45 minutes waiting for our food and almost everyone else in the store had been waiting even longer than we had.     I drive for Uber Eats the second. The screen said my order was ready for my customer. The lady at the counter came up to me and informed me that somebody must have came app and took my order. I was watching the counter. Nobody went up to the counter. Nobody went behind the counter and took that order. And it's sad that when they mess up, they're going to blame on somebody else when I got my order finally after 20 minutes longer waiting. The worker came up to me and said , here is your replacement order very rudely.
