- JSJason Smalls1 day ago3.0Food is amazing, but the staff are miserable and don't acknowledge you. They don't greet you, don't smile, not the slightest bit friendly. I don't mind the wait, but when I'm standing at the counter for 10 mins and nobody says "Hello" or "Be right with you", it makes me want to find a different spot. I gave a pretty big tip thinking I would at least get a "Thank you" or a smile, but nothing. Staff here hate their job and it shows. Management needs to look at how they're running things. If you're mean and micromanage, this is how your business starts to run.
