  Came to sonic for some late night food after a long night at the ballpark with the kids. Started ordering and the girl taking my order was very rude. I had asked for tots for one combo and noted “my kid is weird so I’m not sure” and the lady replies “I don’t care your kid is weird—-oh sorry about that. Anything else?” I guess she forgot to mute herself before making that comment. Such horrible service

  If i could give zero stars I would i called to.confirm my doordash order which they said they had then when my washer arrived they said they did not have a order for me and canceled my order this is the worst service I have ever received from a sonic

  Don't order from here. My 5 year old wanted a grape slush with nerds. Got a cup of ice with no nerds and a couple drops of grape syrup.

  LITERALLY INCAPABLE of giving me a correct order. i have worked in fast food and normal restaurants. i get it. sometimes you forget the sauce. thats no big deal. its EVERY SINGLE TIME. nothing is right. the burgers are wrong. my chili cheese tots only have chili or only have cheese. the coke is a sprite, there is no sauce. i order mayo only on the burgers and 9/10 its got everything. i have literally never gotten sauce. i have to ask a worker to come back to my car and fix my order every single time i go here. its not all sonics. its just this one. i have had to speak to a manager on multiple occasions. 3 times now in the last 2 years i have had them just not believe me and make me show them my wrong order because i complain so much. im not some random boomer karen that loves to complain. its just and i cannot stress this enough EVERY SINGLE TIME i go there something is wrong. i cannot even remember the last time i got what i ordered. DO NOT go to this sonic. it is well worth your time to drive the extra 10 mins to go to a good sonic
