  Absolutely abysmal service. Their ticker regularly shows orders going unfulfilled for 20 minutes. On multiple occasions I've had to leave without ever getting my order taken because I had been waiting in line for over 15 minutes without ever getting to talk to a cashier, and if the line moved, it was because the people in front of me left without getting anything because they were in the same position I was in. Avoid this location if you can, you're probably not going to be able to order anyway!

  My total yesterday was $8 and change. They took $14 and some change off of my card. Do not trust this Wendy's!!!

  Charges for sauce. Like really? Spent $40 but you need to eke out that extra 50 cents too? Anyway, food was cold. In the drive thru for 10mins with no other cars around.

  This is no exaggeration this is absolutely the worst Wendy's I've ever visited! Wait 10 minutes at front counter before girl acknowledged us and finally took order. When we were only ones in restaurant beside another family that was already seated eating. Then after finally taking my order have to wait another 30+ minutes for a burger a wrap and a chicken sandwich. Absolutely pathetic management should be ashamed of their position. Will NEVER go back and will make sure anyone I know avoids this place as well. You want to charge top dollar but give back alley service this was worst experience I've had. Then burger comes out so cold it can't even melt the cheese.

  This Wendy's has progressively gone down hill over the last few months. Today the food was horrible.
