- CKCrystal Kerwell4 days ago1.0Kevin got a drink for myself and my two kids spent a total of $7 with the $2 tip and the car hopped up brought my drinks named Sequoia was rude as hell she did say have a nice day but was very rude about it and was saying something as she walked away. Just very immature in my opinion. If she is your carhop hopefully she has a better attitude and acts more appreciative of the tip she does receive. Another thing to add I just filled up my daughter's sippy cup I got a large Hi-C and it is full of ice it didn't even fill up the cup so I just took and filled up my daughter sippy cup paid for a large drink and really probably got about a kid's size worth of Hi-C if it would have had no ice in it now that this is happened I'm requesting my $2 tip back I'd really like to give no stars but that isn't an option so I'm calling corporate this is ridiculous if you look at the reviews over the last 3 months just about every single one of them is a one-star don't waste your money and go to this sonic.

By the time I got back to sonic to correct my order it had already been thirty minutes. They asked me if I would like them to bring tomato and onions out. I said no because this burger is a cold soggy mess by now. They came out to tell me that my order was the last pretzel bun they had. I was refunded. Lost forty-five minutes of my time and an empty belly. Just read the dadgum ticket. I swear the cooks highest level of education has to be 2nd grade. This happens all the time. Worst sonic ever! Also I used to work for adams pest control. They constantly have roaches because they never clean under the tables and ovens. Just a bunch of grease. I sprayed the same chicken tender (under the oven) with poison for over a year.
- CCChristina ChohonOct 23, 20253.0The new toffee bites are not good. The service is slow considering it's pre-ordered on the app and the app pick-up stalls don't work to check-in, so they're just taking up space and causing an inconvenience to the customer to have to relocate to a different stall.
