    I was in the drive thru for at least 20 minutes or more waiting. Then I got to the window and picked up my food. I checked my bag because I live too far away to run back up there. Got everything except a McRib. I had ordered twoMcRib meals one with no pickles and onions. Didn’t check which one it was that was missing because at this point I had a sleeping kid and I just wanted to get it and go home. Couldn’t go back through the drive through bc the line was too long so I picked my kid up the bag of food that was stacked full in one bag and went in. The lady was very sweet. She got the bag repacked it into 2 bags and put it in one bag with a handle and of course added the mc rib. When I get home to give everyone their food I open both McRibs to see which was which. The one without pickles and onions was indeed with out pickles and onions. It was a hamburger bun with McRib meat without barbecue sauce. The only thing it had on it was a blob of big Mac pink sauce on it. On the box it said sauce only. I should have just went to Taco Bell.

    Did curbside pickup, but was missing an item, didn't notice until we got home. No way to ask for refund in the app.

    This is a no go McDonald’s in hot springs their is no good staff the food is cold and the amount of yelling in the kitchen will give you a headache not orders mind you just people laughing and screaming at each other
