No customer service followed by rude customer service. Fries were lukewarm. Ten bucks for a burger and meh fries: lesson learned. McDonald's was not the treat I was looking for.

Went through the drive through and got a Sausage Egg McMuffin without the bun (allergies). I bit into the last bit and there was the hard crunch of eggshells. Needless to say I won't be returning to this location. I know people are busy and things happen but this has been a consistent thing lately. Hopefully they will improve on their food prep.

I pulled into the drive thru at 11:55. I know they close at midnight but it's McDonald's and they usually stick by their hours as they are a HUGE corporation, not only in the US but world wide.
I was told they have NO FOOD! Nothing! Not one single item could they sell me as they were out of everything. Really? I doubt it! I'm in shock that this is an acceptable business practice. I won't be coming back. I know that I won't make a difference in the big picture but it sure makes me feel better. Lol! Whomever is managing this particular store should take a good look at the employee's that are closing. This is very, very poor business practice. All out of food! Didn't even ask what I wanted. Maybe, it was just a coke. lol!
