- DPDarleene PerezFeb 9, 20261.0I Went in today for my regular iced Carmel craze. I noticed when I pulled up to the drive thru window the employee wasn’t very cheerful, I proceeded to drive off and take a sip of my coffee and it was in fact not my usual sip of joy. I returned a few min later went inside and asked if my drink could be re made. The same employee with the attitude proceeds to tell me if I’d like it sweeter then I need to add more sweetener. I’ve ordered this drink multiple times and it is usually perfect, I’ve never needed to change anything. As she’s arguing with me another employee comes by and takes my drink and proceeded to remake it. When she hands it over I see It is completely white and looks nothing like a Carmel craze, I take a sip and it was literally all milk. At that point i threw The drink Way and walked out. What a waste of $6 & my time. Back to 7brew I go.

We went through the drive thru and the lady who answered kept having to put us on hold, I do not think it was her fault. I think if they have a baskin robins combined with the Dunkin they need to have more employees help her out! She was helping a large family get ice cream and so taking our order, having to start our order and help them she was doing a lot and it was busy because it was a lunch rush. We eventually parked to let it slow down and she remembered us and was super accommodating! The food was good and the employee was great, but I think the manager needs to figure out how to have more employees to help with rushes.
